Use the checklist below to complete the onboarding process for the new user. Please complete the checklist, sign and attach to the ticket.

User Onboarding Checklist

All new user setups should NOT exceed 2 hours of billable time per user

1. Verify Information Received
2. Create AD Account
3. Create an Email Account in Google Workspace
4. Create Profile on Workstation
5. Verify the new user is operational on their Start Date with a Friendly greeting and testing
